This may not interest any of you but I know I have a deep desire to get physically fit. So what I'm thinking is that each "Fit Friday" I will give a summary of of how I've done the previous week. Like I said, you probably don't care how much I workout each week but it's a great way to keep me accountable.
Ok, here's my summary for this week:
Mon.- planned to meet a group of friends to go walking @ 5:30, remembered that fact about 7pm.
Tuesday- nothing
Wed.- nada
Thurs. - zilch
Fri. - Meeting friends @ 4:30 to go walking. Hubbie just made dinner plans, we're meeting @ 4:45, guess that means no walking.
Ok, so I pretty much tanked this week. Hopefully, next week will be better! Check out Kelly's blog, she came up with this idea. She lost over 50 pounds in 8 months, woohoo, Go Kelly!

Hey at least you had a plan that's a start and I am sure next week you will follow through with your plan. I am so guitly of failing to plan. Most the time I feel like I am just trying to get through each day. I am looking forward to participating as well and now I think I will go Plan.(hehe)

I'm sorry, but the summary of your week made me laugh. :) I'm not laughing AT you, but with you. Right? You just are so honest about it. I love it!
Hubby bought an annual family pass to our new rec center on Jan. 1. Brilliant. Did he forget I've worked out maybe FIVE days my entire life or that I'll be pregnant pretty much 3/4 of this year? That doesn't mean I can't go, it just means I've got a good excuse under my belt (over my belt?) to not go. However, I'm determined not to, so I'm looking to you for inspiration. No pressure. :)
That was, I'm determined TO go, not "not to" go. You know what I mean. See? Just thinking about exercising has exhausted my brain.

That is some serious honesty! I love it...you could have made up a whole bunch of junk, but you didn't even think about it!

I can't tell you how many times that same week plays out for me...I have had to start making it a part of my "morning routine" to get it done. If I wait until a better time in the day IT NEVER HAPPENS.
