Well, here's my weekly report. I didn't do as well this week as I wanted to but that leaves room for improvement! I worked out Monday and Friday. Both times, I used a Tae-Bo video by Billy Blanks. It kicked my butt, which I guess is the whole point. I was sore until Wednesday from Monday's workout! So the way I'm figuring, I'll be sore through the weekend and recover just in time to go skiing next week. By the way, I won't be posting a Fit-Friday report next week because we'll be in Jackson Hole. And though I'm certain I won't be working out, I'll get plenty of exercise by hitting the slopes!
