Fit Friday
Well, here's my weekly report. I didn't do as well this week as I wanted to but that leaves room for improvement! I worked out Monday and Friday. Both times, I used a Tae-Bo video by Billy Blanks. It kicked my butt, which I guess is the whole point. I was sore until Wednesday from Monday's workout! So the way I'm figuring, I'll be sore through the weekend and recover just in time to go skiing next week. By the way, I won't be posting a Fit-Friday report next week because we'll be in Jackson Hole. And though I'm certain I won't be working out, I'll get plenty of exercise by hitting the slopes! Okay--I'm officially confessing my envy. Jackson Hole is probably in the top 5 of my lists of places I've only dreamed of visiting. Please take lots of pictures and post them on your blog so I can vacation vicariously through you guys.

I love the Tae Bo tapes but they kick my butt too!!!! Have fun next week!
Yeah, I'd say skiing qualifies as exercise. My problem would be the hot chocolate and mocha lattes I would need to warm up afterwards!
