This conversation took place this while we were getting ready to go to school. Emma was sitting at the breakfast bar, looking at some old baseball cards. Steven and I were sitting on the floor and I was changing Caleb.
Emma: "Momma, there's a team called the Expos."
Me: "Uh-huh"
Emma: "I can't believe their mascot is markers."
Me: "What?" I look at Steven confused.
Emma: "They're the Expos Markers!"
Me and Steven: ROFL, literally!!
Happy Friday!!!

that is very cute!!! I am pretty impressed she knows there is a team called the Expos!
I dont think I know what the expos mascot is, so I am with Emma - how crazy they have markers for a mascot. ;-)
I can' believe you!My next post is gonna be somethin about you that is funny!! Luv Emma
That is soooo funny! Kids are so much more observant than adults. Why wouldn't she think that they are named after markers? Makes perfect sense!
Too cute! I am a fan of Expos also, the markers, that is! Melissa
Too funny! So if they have a bad season, they can just erase it!!
Don't you just LOVE the stuff they come up with?!! I remember listening to her talk when she was 2 years old and I couldn't believe the things she would tell us! She was so smart and cute...and still is!
Once again, we have empirical proof that blogging is scrapbooking. It would be hard to record this moment other than by writing it. It's a good thing to do because 20 years from now, you won't remember many of the small precious moments.
That is GREAT!!! Too cute. Hope you are feeling well. :)
Hugs,
Fran
That's AWESOME! I love how she thinks. (And I love that she commented too!)
